Our client for this project, is a software team of a SaaS company. They provide a mass calling, emailing, and voice messaging platform, to US clients.

We worked as UX, brand, and UI design consultants. 
Problem Statement
To re-imagine and modernize the user experience of the SaaS web and mobile app, and consequently update the branding and the UI 
The Process
We (UXWISE) started our work by learning about the various user flows, and charting the current user experiences. We then redesigned the screens, first for mobile and once approved, we adopted them for web. 
The reimagined UX interfaces comprise 250+ screens for both mobile and web. Once high fidelity UX screens were completed, we have worked with our client to create a brand strategy and UI to set their software apart from their direct competition. The new branding is seamlessly applied to both the marketing site and the app. 
The app is now shipped as bata (July 2022)
